ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, AND SAFETY (EHS) AUDIT CHECKLIST
- Have adequate PPEs been used by Bar-benders, Welders, Carpenters working on wood cutting machine etc?
- Have adequate precautions been taken for noise reduction?.
- Are the Operators issued with a valid ‘Work Permit’?
- Has the authorized operators list been displayed for each plant, machinery & equipment?
- Have Preventive Maintenance Charts been displayed for each machinery / equipment / plant and records of maintenance being carried out available?
- Have safety instructions sign-boards been displayed near P & M and equipments?
- Have the moving parts of machinery & equipment been covered with proper guards?
- Has the material Hoist been adequately braced and supported / tied at each floor.
- Is the material hoist provided with proper unloading platform?
- Are the lifting equipment (Tower Crane, Hoist, Mobile Crane etc.) been tested by Chartered Engineer and fitness Certificates are kept on record?
